Series; Full Metal Alchemist
Bio;Working as a librarian at the First Central Branch of the Central Library, she was fired for reading on the job too often and was rescued from her house, where stacks of books had fallen atop her, but the Elric brothers and their then-wards, Brosh and Ross. She was recruited by the brothers in order to resurrect the works of Dr. Marcoh to help them in their search for the Philosopher's Stone, which she easily managed with her photographic memory. Paid so handsomely for this that she wouldn't have to work for at least a year, Sheska was immediately picked up by Major Hughes in his quest to reconstruct what was lost in the fire that consumed Marcoh's report, as well as all of the First Branch. After Hughes death, she often visited the Major's family, and also helps Winry to discover the identity of the homunculus Sloth. In Desai, Sheska was pulled from a point after the Hughes murder and before she wound up too deeply entangled in the homunculus problem
Personality: A compassionate, down-to-earth girl, Sheska is easily distracted if there is anything resembling reading material in the area, but she has a very good heart. She is extremely loyal to those she likes, and frequently goes beyond the call for them when unasked. She’s good with children, being friendly and open, but tends not to make friends on her own very frequently – more often than not, this is because she has her nose in some book or another, and simply doesn’t notice that someone is there. She loves to organize, a task especially well-suited to her photographic memory for things she’s read. She doesn’t have much self-confidence, however, so sometimes her empathy overwhelms her and she falls into a minor depression.

Well, here I am... after I was done re-copying the First Central Branch Library's contents, I wasn't really needed anymore. Brigadier-General Hughes... well, he'd fired me, so I was working at home, but the military seemed uncomfortable with having me there. It probably didn't help that I kept sneaking into the other national library branches to read... All in all, I guess I'm lucky! They didn't want me around, so they gave me some money and paid for me to come to Desai, and set me up with a nice little apartment. It's not a bad place, really. Now all I have to do is find someplace that sells enough bookshelves for my collection. Oh. And find myself a job.
